SLTF OPENS REGISTRATION PORTAL FOR FIRST YEAR STUDENTS- NO-FEES-STRESS POLICY (NFSP)

The Minister of Education, Honourable Haruna Iddrisu, has launched an application portal for first-year students of public tertiary institutions in Ghana to register for financial support from the Students Loan Trust Fund under the No-Fees-Stress Policy.

The No-Fee-Stress Policy is a transformative, bold, and visionary initiative designed to mitigate the financial barriers that hinder Ghanaian students from accessing tertiary education. It is a strategic investment by the government in our nation’s human capital development and future competitiveness, and will catalyze Ghana’s quest for accessible and inclusive higher education.

The Students Loan Trust Fund, in tune with its mandate to provide financial resources for the benefit of students of accredited tertiary institutions, is committed to the successful roll-out and implementation of this policy. 

The NFSP-Portal offers a streamlined registration process, enabling students to easily provide their information and allowing the SLTF to efficiently authenticate their eligibility for government support under this policy.
